Terms and Conditions:

• Employees of the company, its dealers and Distributors, associated agencies and their immediate family members relatives are not eligible to participate in the contest.
• Sun Direct shall not be responsible if the address of the winner is incorrect or if the winner is unavailable at the address despite reasonable attempts being made to inform him/her.
• The prize is not - transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes of winners shall be sent to witness by Courier/ post at the postal address given by the Customer. Sun Direct shall not be responsible for non-delivery of prize if the winners are not available/ found at the addresses given by them.
• Ten lucky winners will be selected by means of lucky Draw among all the subscribers who have subscribed to the English Movie pack
  on each day during the period of the contest.
• Winners shall be selected by Lucky Draw every day from 16th May, 2012 to 25th May, 2012 or on such other day as may be decided by Sun Direct. The names of Winners will be displayed with Name , Place & Smartcard No on the info Channel.
• On declaration of the result, the winners would be contacted through info channel or such other means as the company may deem fit. The winner has to confirm his / her name, Smart card Number and address to be entitled for the Prize.
• The subscribers must have their correct address mentioned in the Subscriber Application Form (SAF) filled while taking the "SUN DTH" connection. The address given in the SAF shall be considered final in all respect. In case of the same being wrong and does not match while confirming, the winner shall not be entitled for the gift.
• The Company, reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, withdraw, change, alter or modify the terms of the offer at its sole discretion without any notice at anytime during the validity with or without notification and without assigning any reason. Decision of the Company will be final and binding regarding this promotion, gifts and parameter to decide the winner. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
• The Company and its officers shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the manufacturing quality of the gifts and or shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, breakage, or any defect caused to or noticed in the gift and / or in respect of the gift after handing over the same to the lucky winner that is offered.
• In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the offer, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all concerned.
• However, resident of the state like wherever the contest prohibited, shall not be entitled to participate in the lucky draw.
