• In case of insufficient balance at the time of monthly renewal of add-ons, the add-ons with the lower value will be activated in ascending order of value.
• Total No. of channels mentioned are TV channels only
• Dish & Set top box are free for the purpose of viewing
  
• Installation and Activation charges extra.
• Channel lists and packages are subject to change with 15 days prior notice.
• Basic package must be active to avail any a la carte / add on packages.
• Free to air / complimentary channels are subject to removal & deletion at any time with reasonable notice
• For add on packs the amount will be recurring every month till there is a sufficient balance in account. To deactivate customer has to inform call centre to deactivate particular package.
• $$ (Pay channels): Customers will be charged an amount towards subscribing these channels
• @ (Free to Air channels): Free channels which are available on Sun Direct Platform. Sun Direct has the rights for modification and can remove these channels if they turn pay or charge separately for the same.
• Cinema club is offered as a service and not as a channel.
