  • On the top right, click 'My Account.' 
  • Enter your registered mobile number, smart card number, or customer ID number to log in. 
  • Navigate to the Subscription Pack page. 
  • Select your preferred bouquets or Ala-Carte (additional) channels. 
  • Proceed with the payment. 

 

To remove a Channel in Sun Direct DTH Online 

  • Visit the Sun Direct official website – https://www.sundirect.in/ 
  • On the top right, click 'My Account.' 
  • Enter your registered mobile number, smart card number, or customer ID number to log in. 
  • Navigate to the Subscription Pack page. 
  • Select the channel you want to delete. 
  • To remove a channel, click Confirm.

  • Inform the customer service representative of the channel you wish to add.

  • Open your phone's messaging app. 
  • Type Insert a Channel Code>, a Smart Card number, or a CDSN number. 
  • Text to 9600058585 
  • Your favorite channel will be turned on. 

 

To remove a Channel in Sun Direct DTH via text message 

  • Open your phone's messaging app. 
  • Type DROP Channel Code> Smart Card or CDSN number> 
  • SMS to 9600058585 
  • Your selected channel will be turned off.
